Annual payrise currently frozen 'FACT, FACT, FACT'

Teachers start on MPS1, rising each year providing they meet performance management targets to MPS6. They then have to meet certain criteria and standards in order to move onto UPS1.

In a nutshell Petey, the teachers are NOT guaranteed a professional development scale or 'payrise' as you'd call it.

Now that is FACT. From someone in the job, not a troll.
