So the wattage makes the hit stronger/weaker? Its set to 50 at the minute, best to just play around with it until I find what suits me?

The higher the wattage the warmer the vapour will be. So yes will affect the hit as well to some extent, 50W is way too much for me all the time, my sweet spot is around 32.5W, like you say its personal preference.

OK thanks.

Had it set to 30 last night seems perfect for me.

Mine is down at 15W on my second from last 1.2 coil, once that's gone I'm having a new tank or getting the upgrade parts and the new coils, tried a friends and liked the draw.

The health benefits are really showing this year, bike rides that I might have found a bit challenging are effortless and my gums look awesome.

I'm still an idiot for becoming and remaining a nicotine addict.

Make sure the head/coil is screwed in properly to the base, it might feel like its in properly, but sometimes they don't seat and seal. Also wash out the base with water between tank changes. Or mop up any juice collected in the base. Make sure you blow out any excess water when drying the base.

It can also sometimes happen when you get a dodgy head as well, the juice slips past the small oring on the bottom of the head and leaks through the tank's airholes.

I see someone in a cloud of faux smoke with their pretend **** and I'm always struck by how classy they look...

Their popularity is on a par with the Daily Fails huge circulation figures; inexplicable and rather alarming.

Pretty easy to explain really, idiots like me are addicted to nicotine yet know that combustion not only stinks but kills you pretty quickly. Vaping doesn't stink, totally fulfils my nicotine addiction and will help me to live longer, simple. Ban smoking completely I say.

Well that was a long read trying to get through the last 27 odd pages, so as a heavy smoker 60 ish roll ups a day i thought it was about time to try and give up.
So i had tried the old cheap ecigs and found them to be totally useless so i went out on sat and got myself the aspire mega with the aspire cf maxxx battery.
well got 2 batterys and 5 spare coils.
Then got some different flavours cherry, menthol, mint and apple-cinnamon then a forest berrys.
So far i'm very happy not had a single roll up.
All the juices i got are at a low 6mg and TBH i am finding that they seem plenty strong enough for me.
After reading through this thread it would seem i have so much to learn about vapeing hopefully in time i will be able to add a bit more info and thoughts on it all.

Well, I saw a very awkward guy on the job at our local vape selling shop.

He has it easy, but he's too stressed for some reason. I go there sometimes to get a liquid etc. for a physically disabled family member on the risk of COPD. The boss (awkward one) has a pleasant young man working for him who's quite well-spoken, helpful and well-dressed. But one day I had to deal with the bald boss. What happened was that my relative uncle in-law's efag broke, so I asked the e-bald to sell me one. He slid across a pre-packed pink one to me with quite a careless mannerism. I asked if he had any more colours in them. He went all @rsey with me and said- "They're all the same, does it matter? " I don't take sh7t like that, so I told him that it DID matter and I wanted either black or a blue one for the uncle. He reluctantly had to bend down to get me one, but he really p&ssed me off! I complained to the other nice boy about it, and he told me that he just gets a bit stressed sometimes.

I went there again the other day with a broken efag of the uncle. I showed it to the ebaldy. He said- "Can I empty it?" as it had some liquid already in it. I tried to say- "Of course! And don't worry if the liquid is lost, no probs". I was being polite and grateful for his effort, but he cut me off after my "Don't worry...." bit, and snapped at me with- "Of course, I worry! I don't want it on my 40 quido hoodie and ruin my garment, do I? It's not my liquid in the efag, so why should I care about that?? "

I mean, the guy is just a stressball himself who you wanna puncture prim and proper! To top it up, I had a policeman right behind me in the queue, who also wanted his fix. He couldn't help smiling at this stupid efag seller's absurdity, which made me giggle like hell, then. We both were shaking our heads at the same time with 'WTF' sentiment! Honestly, some people e.g. that ebaldy! <shakes head again>

Moral of the story: E-cig selling must be very stressful. Do any job but don't sell e-cigs to people for living.

Been using mine for a while now, kind of my "go to" vape

Got a skin too, helps protect it from clumsy *beeps* who has dropped it 3 times............in 1 day

breeze block !!

With the cells in parallel it keeps the same 4.2v ,but the 2500mah is doubled . Great vape time, almost lasts me most of the day !

Using it as a work vape for now, nice not swapping the cells 3 ,sometimes even 4 times in a day.

That would last me a week. Still getting two whole days out of my iStick 30 and that was brought in January. Still on the same pack of coils too, the improvements since this thread started are massive.

Its hard to keep up Jack with the speed new mods and tanks come out

I am always on the look out though..........

The 100w is a good mod for home or work rather than taking out. I dont use much over 25w so it was for the battery life more than anything(not best made or feel to it).

Probably referring to this https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/e-cigarettes-an-evidence-update but with a dose of idiot thrown in for good measure.

Yea having them on prescription from the NHS is ridiculous, but no more so than nicotine patches. At least e-cigs "work".

A vape shop costs less to run than a cancer ward and the *** companies should be funding those.
