Thats not too bad, i had a 2.7 HSE diesel that only returned 25/30mpg.

Great cars but annoyingly troublesome especially the suspension issues.

I can give testament to that. The air suspension gave up on ours, costing £4000!

Can't see why he would be worried about snapped cranks on the diesel versions when he is driving a petrol model

I had one if those when they first came out in 2005 - was brilliant.

thanks for all the problems you have highlighted, sound nearly as a crap car as owning a subaru....

still I guess whatever you buy there will be a queue of people on here with a whole host of problems to look out for.

If you dont want criticism dont post pictures up of your car on a public forum, Not everyone going to like it, and out of the nice comments you get there's always going to be negative ones in there. But personally I would rather know the problems to look out for, touch wood you wont have any, but the problems highlighted could potentially save you ££££'s if you know what to keep an eye on!!!

Anyway nice car!!!

Tell me about it, I was running 380/412 on standard 2.5 without problems, but I was aware that at any time it could break and cost me £3k+ for a forged engine!!!

Its good that you think the RR is better then the Impreza, as most people cant get the Impreza out of there system, Ive been a victim of this, I buy a different marque and then end up back in a Impreza(owned 8 since 2003), Lucky enough Ive not had the itch to come back since I got rid of my Hawk STi 3 years ago.

When I do have little thoughts of owning another Subaru, I drive my dads Impreza WRX and thats enough to make me not want to own another one, Hard suspension, Crap brakes, Annoying exhaust and uncomfortable seats, and the steering feels so old, plenty of better cars out there now days!!!

Looks nice. I've always liked the look of these.

I run a CLS500 and not sure I could live with the 20.1 and 24mpg unless there was a really, really, really, fit bird working on the local fuel station.

Yes, from my experience living in Keighley. Fireworks would go off with a Q7 never being too far away.
