Gimp is ok, but its free for a reason.
Photoshop is the only app you need, if you want any decent tools. Lite versions can be had for a reasonable amount, or free from *cough other sources

On that basis, have a look at Photoshop Elements. It's considerably cheaper than the full version and has all the basics you'd need to get started in photo editing.

It should do, but you may get some issues, as its not supported/no more updates from Adobe for it.

Cheers, got it and installed OK. No idea what to do with it lol, just using it instead of paint for image cropping/resizing

Yea works ok on windows 10, I do get the odd window sat on top of the other issue but its fine.

I learnt everything I know off google and utube, loads of tutorials and things to get you used to different techniques.

Cheers i'll definitely have a look as it's great when i've seen car pic photoshops on here when different mods have been made.
