He's around - thinks he's won his case with Currys too.

Looks pretty good with regards Currys .... I am expecting judgement this week.

They may be told to pay me what they owe me .... not that they will care one jot - which is a sad reflection on them letting Customers take them to Court before doing what any decent Retailer would do ........ but, there we have it - don't buy anything form the DSG Retail Group of Companies!

 

Did they turn up Pierre?

 

They put no defence in ....... which, considering the Court gave them (at their request) 60 days to get one in, is quite staggering ..... not sure what they are playing at?
