Does anyone else have trouble with the wireless not connecting ?

Nope. I use BT Broadband and a wireless router.

 

Is it the white home hub ?

 

Don't have any problems with my home hub.

Normally you have to make sure the computer connecting can:
a) see the hub (if not, problem with your pc as you'd know if you'd set the hub to not broadcast)
b) have the ID/login and password.

also, check what channel it's broadcasting on (may do well to change to a stronger channel, 6 or 11 rather than the default 1).

 

my hub is great, my hub phone dont ring though
