Default Cigarette smell

How can I get rid of the stink of tabs from wifes car? Don't want to fill it with air fresheners....would rather neutralise and then freshen. Cheers.

We would wet n dry all fabrics, use an APC on all hard surfaces, then maybe use a product like Fabreeze or Oust if the smell persisted. Most of the time a thorough wash down of all surfaces does the trick.
