WOW.

that is one tasty engine bay..
Can someone tell anything about the obvious changes where the inlet manifold used to be?
what is all that?
Shame the carbon induction cover hides whats happening under there...

the black tank on the bulkhead is the cam cover/engine block oil catch tank, and there appears to be some sort of pre-injectors on the manifolds, possibly water injection

also notice they're using the same oil cap as me, i must be doing something right then

To ensure the new car goes as well as it looks, the engine and suspension systems have been modified. Subaru's 1994cc horizontally opposed 'boxer' engine receives a wide range of performance enhancing upgrades, including a new IHI turbo-charger, new water and fuel injection systems, a lighter flywheel and a host of other lightweight components......The new water injection system is able to deliver precisely the right amount of water to each of the four cylinders and is a significant improvement over the previous unit.
