Question

Go on then. 215/40/17's. Who's had/got them? Are they any good? I'm getting some on Friday.

Well, despite the hundreds of replies, i've got them on. Instantly they feel more fixed to the road than the Toyo's. They don't seem to tramline as much under braking or acceleration. Also they don't seem to "grab" when going over manhole lids or potholes. Will post more findings after a run to Kielder tomorrow!

Well impressed with these! The grip is good wet or dry. Most noticeable is the lack of road noise. The cars stance on the road feels great with no rapid breakaway. Would reccomend these to anyone. Worth a try for only £2 a tyre more! (£91 each all in)

Thumbs up

Cheers Mark-

I'm planning to buy new wheels soon, and was offered a deal with these tyres in 215/35/18 form. Sounds like it will be a good buy!

I'm thinking about giving the Pirellis a go, is the P7000 the one to go for, and who's doing the best price on them???

I got mine from a local tyre dealer at "mates" rates. Only paid £91 each fitted and balanced. You could try www.mytyres.net or www.blackcircles.com
