have trashed his win2000 disk... heeeeeeeelp!!!

yup u got it.. i have managaed in about 5secs flat to completely trash my partners beloved win2000 disk, the only copy he got and its like gold to him... and i am gonna be sooooooooooooo dead!!
there is a big dig in the disk after i got it trapped along with another in my c.d drive..(i not realise it was in there)
and now there is stuff missing off it.... and it dont work, just keeps restarting itself
anyone got a spare copy to save a angels life?????
