Default Broken Calipper?

Noticed uneven wearing on my drivers side rear pad, took the wheel off today to have a look and was going to remove the calipper and inspect the discs/pads, but the top bolt on the calipper just wasnt there... the bolt was in but there was no head to screw it out, ... is there any way i can fix this? or is it a new calipper job....

If you remove the other bolt, will the caliper come off?

so remove the bottom and pivot it upwards? i did try a little but not a huge amount, didnt know whether it would actually come off without damaging or not.. plenty of rust about... will give it a proper whack tomorro...I know how brakes are.. hammer might be needed
