I have a slight tut tut tut tut noise coming from drivers side front wheel but only when turning left for more than a few seconds any idea????? Just had brake pads done and new tyres, balanced etc....also when I get over 80mph on motorway I have slight vibration threw the steering wheel could this be that I need tracking done or wheel alignment?

 

Check the CV joint, it is either dried out or damaged. That's been my experience when I got the tut-tut-tut sound from any of my cars (past & present).
