You are supposed to fit tyres in pairs?

not sure if its any use to you but.i put 2 new contis on the front of mine and it pulled badly to the left.took it back and changed the 2 fronts over.it then pulled to the opposite side.one of the new tyres was heavily biased but looked perfect.put your new tyre on the opposite side and see what happens

we all usually change in pairs i suppose unless its a front tyre thats had a smack and thrown the tracking out and scrubbed the hell out of one side of the tyre.one things for sure if i had a side wall puncture and both tyres had 6mm on them im not going to change both of them.if the op had a problem on the front with the 3mm left then its obviously going to be a pair all imo of course.not to sure if any of this makes sense ,its late and several hours in a pub watching the boys in white
