Default Front Brembos fitted- Problem- Seized on -Advise please!!

Evening,

Fitted 2nd hand brembos to my wrx today.

New hoses from Godspeed
all bled correctly,
solid at pedal,
no leaks.
Plenty of meat on the second hand pads.
Pad pins straight.
Calipers do not catch the wheels.

Lowered car down to floor off ramp after all fitted, dried to drive away but the car is going nowhere!

Pedal had gone to floor but then retured to top and then solid again.

Next,

Lifted car backup on ramp.

The rear wheels spin,

The front wheels are seized solid!

Have had to leave the car there for now, back at it tomorrow morning.

This has got to be something obvious and simple.

Can i please have some advice.

Thankyou.

what exact wheels do you have?? the most common issue would be catching the back of a spoke

after that then potentially seized calipers or pads binding??

first thing would be to release the wheel tension and see if it spins

The caliper bolts supplied were too long and catching the disks. Sorted now.

Testing next.

Thanks for your help.

The bolts that secure the calipers onto a 2005-2007 car are 15mm longer than the bolts holding the SAME CALIPER onto a 2001-2005 hub.

Calipers (and bolts) must have come from a 2005-2007 car.
