I'm looking to change my standard discs and pads soon but I'm having trouble finding exactly what discs and pads I need, can anyone help!

1996 wrx.

If they are standard then it will have 277mm front vented discs and 2 pot calipers on.

Yes rears are 266mm , check whether you have vented or solid , rear pads are this shape

you should be able to see through the wheel to see what you have fitted save taking the wheel off , just look on the outer edge of the disc to see if there is a vent in the middle
