I've just bought some rays wheels I want to refurb and I was wondering if I should have them painted or powder coated? Is there any pros and cons for either?

Powder coating gives a much more durable finish but they have to be baked at 180°C which may expose any weakness (i.e. any cracks or knocks that the wheels has had etc)
Spray painting them is gives a good finish but not as durable ,imo, as powder coating.
