Default Will these fit ? Wheel gurus advice please

I have a chance of getting a set of 17x9.75j et25 wheels from a friend and wondered if these would fit my 2003 blob sti and clear brembo's ?
Also would I need any arch work doing for them , I'm running tein coilovers so can adjust height if need be

dependson the wheel really,what make are they ? also make sure they are 100pcd or the holes wont line up

Hi there

We are running 9JX17" ET28 and they're clear K-Sport 8pots 356mm and I'm sure they will clear your Brembo

You will need get your arches rolled at least and possibly run camber bolts,but for 9.75J you will need at least 245-255 tyres

Thanks for the advice guys , the wheels are xxr527's , and are 5x100 so will fit hubs etc , i thought they'd require arch work , didn't really want to go down that route if I can help it , all good of the paint doesn't crack I guess

you will need arch work and they will look odd imo unless you slam the car

Thanks mate , wasn't too sure , they are pretty damn wide , will probably get something along the 17x8 - 8.5j save a lot of effort in the end and will still look sweet

How about 17x8.25 et25 ? These sound more of an easy fitment ???

anything lower than about ET45 will almost certainly need arch work regardless............
