2005 STI Type UK brakes question
Hi guys, I have just purchased a 2005 Blob Eye STI Type UK.
It is on the standard brakes, it has receipts to show the discs and pads were changed about 20,000 miles ago.
However, when I stop there is virtually no feel through the pedal and until you give the middle pedal a hefty shove you don't think the car is going to stop!
Am I going every where faster than I realise? Is it just a STI trait? Thoughts welcome.
Cheers guys.

should be pretty instant on an STi brembo equipped car............
could be old fluid, air the system, partially jammed/seized calipers/pads or simply poor quality components fitted - to be afir 20K old pads may well simply be on their last legs.......
