Default Brake upgrade for a classic..

Hi Guys,

Going to the ring in October and looking to upgrade the brakes on the classic.

Its got the standard 2 pot calipers on the front.

I will have max of £400 to buy the upgrades just wondering what i should go for. Its mainly fast road / track use. Want to be able to survive the ring

Hi
Depending on what wheels you have fitted , you can fit the slightly larger 294mm discs and 4 pot calipers , if your looking for new , we can supply you grooved front discs , Bluestuff NDX pads and Subaru copy 4 pot calipers for £399

http://66.7.200.85/~godspeed/product.php?id_product=155

The Subaru 4 pot calipers won't fit under the very early classic wheels though

Cheers Ian

I've currently got 16" wheels on the car.

I've seen your brake kits already.. just hoping some will fit under the wheels..

They fit under some 15" wheels , its the spoke design that causes issue's , put a photo of your wheels up and i'll let you know if they fit , the later classic 16" wheels will clear the 4 pots
