Default Changing Rear pads and Discs.

Hello

I've a MY99 V5 and I'm going to replace my rear discs and pads. Ive seen a guide on how to do it and am confident I can do it.

Im going to jack the rear of the car on the rear diff and put axle stands on the suspension mounts.

If i do this will I need to apply the handbrake, as I will need to slackern the handbrake to remove the discs.

Cheers

Yes you will mate. Make sure you stick some choks on the front wheels. If you get a set of ramps stick them at the front to stop it rolling forward
