Default Godspeed stainless steel Piston kit

Has anyone had any experience with the god speed Caliper piston upgrade kit?Was thinking about getting one of these but not sure how hard they are to fit. When i first got my car I changed the disks and pads and i noticed 1 of the pistons was not moving as much as it could have been, i freed this up by clamping the other pistons in and exercising the sticky piston. This seemed to solve the problem. Its now time to change the Disks and pads again and was wondering if it would be worth changing the pistons at the same time. How hard are they to change and do i need any specialist tools to change them? Thanks Dan
