Question

Does anybody know where to get some caliper profile drawings so i can check if they will fit under my wheels? I've got the AP 6/4 pot ones off their website but wouldn't mind find brembo/Godspeed/Subaru 4 pot drawings.

I've checked the AP kits with my wheels (the dreaded Prodrive Superturismos ) and i will need 7mm shims/spacers to get clearence. Even then its a bit tight. Is the Brembo caliper any smaller, or would fitting a Subaru 4 pot kit be the best option (i.e is this smaller still?????)?

Cheers,

Tony.
P.s im not doing track days so maybe the expensive stuff is over the top????? Also don't want to change my wheels before anybody says that.

Tony, FWIW, I've talked to Ian @ Godspeed and they do not have any clearance templates for their kits. However, he said that they offset the rotor so as to move the caliper back away from the wheel and that he would guarantee that the 308mm kit would fit behind any 17" wheel. Hope this helps.

Cheers Trent,

I was hoping to go for a bigger kit but its looking like 308mm is the best i can do without replacing the wheels .

Thumbs up

Well, on the bright side, the 308mm Godspeed kit is still a better option than the Subaru 4-pots! Maybe the Hi-Spec kits would fit? I've emailed Hi-Spec about a template but never got any reply. Cheers, mate.

Tony,

As of tomorrow we should have a set of 325mm discs with godspeed 4 pots behind a prodrive superturismo!

Matt.

Edited to say; Without the aid of spacers and subaru 4 pots dont fit even on the standard disc size.
