Question Alloy wheel fitment confusion

I have set of alloys but looking to replace one, there multi stud 10 studs, details on the alloy say 4 x 100, 4 x 114.3, 5 x 100, et 40.

Here's where gets very confussing, guy bought them off said they off pug 306 is 4 x 108. When i looked online for spare alloy, company said 10 stud alloy won't fit 4 stud, to buy the same alloy with same offset as mine is pcd110/114mm they said that will be same as what i have? My head hurts alot. Any help be great
