HELP! - Standard 16" wheels missing steel inserts

HELP! - Standard 16" wheels missing steel inserts
Hi
I just bought a 96 Type RA which came with some after market 17's that need some paint, so in the meantime I also picked up some 16" standard wheels with great tyres...
HOWEVER...
The standard 16's that I bought come have steel inserts on the mating surface and some of the inserts are missing. This means two of the wheels are fine (all 5 inserts in place) but others have 3 inserts and two larger domed holes (where the inserts should be)...
Can I get these inserts? If so where from and how do I seat them correctly?

FYI these are the same as the wheels with missing inserts
