I'm trying to find 4 of these and am struggling

I am doing a front calliper Brembo conversion from 4 pots, and have found the bolts are a different thread on both callipers - the 4 pots being metric fine (1.25?), and the Brembo's being more course (1.5)

All local fastener shops don't have any and Subaru say they want a chassis number before doing anything which is no good

The fastener shop think they are M12 x 1.5mm

Any suggestions/pointers gratefully received
