Default Rolling radius

Quick question:

Do the 225/40/18 alloys and tyre combo on my GB270 have the same rolling radius as 225/45/17 if I fit them?

I work it out as 1.45mm larger rolling radius on the 18s.

That's only a drop of 0.46%

(Java isn't up to date on the work computer )
