Default ABS light on, changing brake system?

Hey guys.

My ABS light came on suddenly, and I need it working/switch to a non-ABS system to get through the Finnish car inspection.

How the ABS light came on:

using test connectors under dashboard, the abs pump/motor started shaking or running and then after disconnecting and starting the car, the ABS light never went off.

So, instead of taking my car to a workshop, the guy from the workshop said that I should probably buy type RA brakes or some other brake kit to remove ABS, as I don't really need it.

What do you guys recommend?

TLDR; Easy fix for abs light problem after using test connectors, or buying a non-abs brake system?

Thanks in advance, James

EDIT: 1994 import wrx, sorry for forgeting that
