Brake help please
Hi,
I'm in need of sum new front pads, for a Classic '99 Sport 2.0, I believe the calipers to be the the standard 2pots and not the subaru engraved 4pots found on the turbos.
I'm wishing to upgrade to sumthing better than standard to maybe stop me a bit quicker, was thinking ebc greenstuff or redstuff?
The discs are standard and aren't in need of changing, so don't really wanna spend out on buying discs too unless there would be noticeable improvement for not a great deal of money.
I haven't done anything to the hoses and as far as I know the brake fluid is standard.
(I know its only a sport but I do fling it around.)
Anyone have any suggestions on pads or discs and pads as long as im not spending too much as theres not a lot of point spending out too much on a Sport I know but I NEED at least pads right now lol.. (I'll have a turbo as soon as I'm old enough for an insurance company to insure me!)
O and can anyone suggest a brake fluid as I'm sure this must be due a renewal as well!
Many thanks in advance,
Jase

For a scoob, even a sport go for red stuff at least; green stuff's for corsas and other such go karts.
Brake fluid - ask Alyn @ AS performance or Ian Godney @ Godspeed for a suitable fluid for your car.
Cheers
