Default Brake bias and prop valve bugeye

I have a MY02 (01) bugeye WRX, and have upgraded mye brakes to stoptech 355/332.

I also have AST 5200 suspension, 7/8 KG springs, so wheight transfer is not quite the same anymore.

The thing is, fronts lock up to fast. When ABS is on, the brakes are absolutely terrible, fronts brake to hard, resulting in massive ABS activity and loss of total braking power. This is particularry bad on snow.

The front pads get worn WAY faster then rear, and when front rims are turning black, rears are still shining.

Ive searched the topic of the socalled proportional valve. It is supposed to make front and rear have equal pressure up to a given point (lets say 300psi, I dont know), and then the rear pressure has a bias from fronts if 30% reduction or so.

Where is this valve? are there any mods that can be done? Any other smart ideas?

Car is used almost every day on street, and trackdays in weekends.
