Question

If i am swapping my97 std 2 pot + disks to p1 4 pots with discs do i need better brake lines or will the std ones do? If so do i weed better brake fluid.

PS I know nothing about doing this so no comments - i am not going to do it myself but need to know if it's gonna cost me more?

Apparently the lines will fit, they are not exactly the same, but like I say they will fit, you could have braided ones fitted, but it's not essential.

I did this mod to my MY97 Wagon and they went straight on mate no problem. Makes a world of difference as well.

I did the same swap and found that the banjo ends on the P1 brake hoses have a little locating tag or tooth to fit in the caliper.
No problem unless you swap back to 2 pots as the P1 hoses will not fit.
Best hang onto the old hoses in case.
