Ok so i got strange problem,
I got a 95 wrx import
staandard braking system

When i brake hard abs does not come in i just get all wheels lock up. but i dont get any indication its not working no light or anything.

Is there a way I can test the unit?

Check it with the dealer from where you have bought. I think it is not working properly or it is not set properly.

 

either that or abs sensor broke?
