Handbrake Equalizer Bar/Plate/Cable??

Handbrake Equalizer Bar/Plate/Cable??
My handbrake popped the other day as i just puled up normally on it, so i took it all apart today and found this below had pulled apart:
From what i can gather it is called the equalizer plate/bar? it sits behind the handbrake lever and attaches to the handbrake cables going to the back wheels.
Called the Subaru dealer and they told me it was £3.25! now i doubt that very much as a couple of bolts from them before was nearly £15, and the guy on the phone didn't have much of a clue.
Anyhow, does anyone know the part number or anywhere i can get a replacement from or actually has one of these??
Car is an 05 wrx btw.
