Default Porsche Calipers on a Classic

I've managed to get hold of a set of Porsche 4 pots and wondered if there was anyone out there that could fabricate brackets for these to fit my Type R and also advise what discs and pads I could run?

I think they are from a Boxster but can get the part number if it helps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
