Default Do 5X100 SEAT Alloys Fit a Classic

hi there i wanted a new set of "18 and wondered if a set of 5X100 SEAT Alloys would fit my classic. Cheers

Check the ET, you need between 48 and 53.

Also, 18's are NOT a good idea on classics, spoil the ride AND the handling.

According to Prodrive, who invented modding them, 17 is the biggest to go for.

18 for style and 17s for race track

Have to say I preferred the handling and feel of my classic on 18's rather than the 17's I put on it for a while

Depnds on the tyres as much as the wheels IMO. A nice RE070 or a S03PP on a 17 will be stiffer than a GSD3 or similar on a 17.

Get the geometry setup properly and a good stiff tyre on a 17 is the way to go...

Having written that, my P1 on 18s still rides better than my Fabia VRS on 16s.

Yes yes but for road use 18 ultras do fine.....for sever punishemnt sessions mount back up 17s
