will these fit my year 2000 classic facelift WRX?

There is not enough info on the ad to confirm.
But if they are saying it fits the cars listed, then I doubt it would fit yours.

Ask for the PCD. if its 5x100 it should be good, but you'll also need to know the offset, to clear your brakes and the centre bore.
I don't believe Evo's are the same, I think their PCD is 5x114.3, so it will on fit 2005 onwards Impreza STi's only.

also how can he find out the offset and the PCD? will it say on the wheels?

Not sure waht you need offset wide, to clear 4 pot Subaru calipers. I think its between ET 53 and 40 something. It will say that on the wheels, it'll have the ET infront of a number. Not sure if it will have the PCD on the wheels. If it does, it'll be 5(the amount of bolt holes)xnumber(the distance in mm between the centre of the bolt holes.)
