OE pads on my 2003 STi and tbh they suck!
I get lots of fade under repeat &/or heavy braking. Don't trust 'em at all.

Gonna move to kevlar fast road pads from Aztec as they seem to be what I need..

Much will depend on what you are using at the moment, how you find them and what type of driving they are for?

Our Kevlar pads are very popular, one stage up from the standard pads they offer improved bite and fade resistance. For most fast road cars these are more than enough and at just £59.99 delivered they are a bargain. Never had anyone that we've advised to go for the Kevlar pads come back to us and say they weren't good enough.

Aztec Performance Kevlar Fast Road Pads - STi Brembo Fitment - SPECIAL OFFER JUST £59.99 DELIVERED!

For the more hardcore, the EBC Bluestuff NDX is pretty much unbeatable, more expensive, but work from cold and can take any temps you throw at them, including trackwork.

If in doubt and you need advice, send me a PM, email (aztecperformance@gmail.com) or better still, call 01462 488244

Carbone Lorraine RC6 on my Stoptech 328BBK.

They are better then the Axxis ULT stock pads by miles, but the amount of brake dust , and how aggressive it clings to wheels/calipers etc is ridiculous.

I think my White summer wheels are getting powdercoated black as well
