I've currently got 205/50-16's on the car but have just aqcuired some wheels with 205/45-16's on them. I'm wondering whether i've actually got the correct size on there at the moment or whether it should be the others. If it's the others i'll swap them over without getting the camber checked. If I can find out the original size i'll use the tyre calculator to find out. Any ideas or can someone just tell me???

for 15`s it`s 205/55/15 and the car handles like poo

So with 205/55-16's being the original's the the specs were:

Sidewall 4.4"
Radius 11.9"
Diameter 23.9"
Circumference 75.0"
Revs/Mile 845

205/50-16:

Sidewall 4.0"
Radius 12.0"
Diameter 24.1"
Circumference 75.6"
Revs/Mile 838
Difference 0.8%

205/45-16:

Sidewall 3.6"
Radius 11.6"
Diameter 23.3"
Circumference 73.1"
Revs/Mile 867
Difference -2.6%

I'm trying to get my head around this but will I need to get my camber adjusted for the 45's or will it just affect my speedo??

Won't affect the sppedo agreat deal, might show you are going faster than you think although in your case it might not be a bad thing
