I've been looking at tyres and I understand roughly what the load and speed ratings refer to. I am however a bit clueless as to what I should stick on my Bug Sti? Happy with brands and models, just want to clarify the load and speed index?

There's usually a sticker on the driver's side door pillar which tells you tyre size, load rating, pressure, etc.
