Default Brake Reservoir Bubles (Video)

I can't get my brake pedal firm and there is a lot of play, i have bled the brakes twice now and i've still have had no luck, no air is coming out when bleeding.
I noticed today when i press my brakes pedal whether the cars is on or not, there are air bubles rising in the reservoir.

Thanks

What have you done to the car, or did you suddenly have a sloppy pedal.

What brakes are on there, as most aftermarket calipers have 2 bleed screws per caliper.
If you are still on the 4 pots, and have removed them for some work, maybe you have put them on reversed, this way they fit but the bleed screws are on the bottom, not the top.

Check every brakehose, maybe one off them has worn through on something, or has come undone.

I recently installed some K-Sport front and rear brakes and after fitting them the pedal was fine, the pedal then started to drop (I believe this was due to fluid leaking from the brake nipple threads so air was getting into the system. - But that's another story lol.). I took the brakes off and coated the nipples with Speed Bleeder thread sealant to see if this solved the fluid leaking and pedal problem but when bleeding the system i realised i could not get the pedal firm and high up so i haven't been able to test to a standard i'm happy with.

Everything is installed correctly.

Thanks

You probably have a small air leak somewhere else then.
You did use both the nipples on each caliper to bleed them??

Yup inner one first then outter and started from the furthest away caliper from the master cylinder first.

I'm certain the install is fully correct and that my methods of bleeding were fine, when i first installed the kit the pedal was real high and firm and slowely the pedal got worse.

I can only assume there was rust or something in the master cylinder and when bleeding the brake and pushing the pedal all the way down it has damaged a seal by rubbing against the rust or something.

My friend talked to a mechanic and he said it sounds like a seal, my searching points to a seal and i'm going to take it to a garage tomorrow and see what they think.

Thanks
