Hello mate,
sorry to say, I bought a set of four alloys in pristine condition with almost new Bridgestone Potenza 050s on for £160 on ebay a couple of months ago. That was the starting bid and I was the only bidder all week.
Probably not the answer you were looking for. Sorry bud. Good luck though!

Bloody bargain there mate. Tyres alone are worth over that! Maybe I'll keep them and get a set of winter tyres on them for next year when they cone off stupid prices!

That's exactly what I'd do if I were you mate. I only really wanted the rims for my softer trackday tyres, but when these came up with almost new rubber on them I couldn't resist. As you say, the tyres are about £80 a corner from Camskill so it was a bargain.
Plus, if you do keep the rims for winter use, your good rims will have half the chance of getting kerbed! And when you're driving round in this sort of weather, noone gives a **** what your rims look like anyway - they're too busy trying not to slam into you!!!

I paid £200 this time last year, 3 perfect, 1 curbed for around 1/4 of the perimeter. Tyres were original Potenzas and had decent life in them, not new but 2/3 tread left.
