Help with Hoses please

I have a 98 sport, and the sliders have seized. Stopping me from putting new pads in.
I bought a pair of 94 wrx 2 pot calipers, but the oil feed hoses are different.
Wich hoses do i need?

should simply swap across from memory, what difference have you found??
