Unhappy

Dealer has fitted 18" p1 oz wheels to my P1. The rear wheels on the outer side walls scrapes against body work when the car is loaded. Is this typical or are the wheels or the tyres the wrong type or is there a mod the dealer has forgotten to carry out? fronts seem fine.
Must say they are great when there is just me in the car though!
