Any difference - MY06 on WRX 4 pots?
As the title suggests, is there a difference between the 4 pots on pre MY06 (Bug/Blobeye) and post MY06 (Hawkeye)?
The reason I ask is that Bugeye/Blogeye 4 pots won't fit under standard 16" Forester XT wheels and I've heard that MY06 on 4 pots are slightly smaller (externally) and will fit... not sure if this is an urban myth or not though? Does anyone know?
Alternatively, is there anyone with a hawkeye WRX in the Wantage area who would let me test fit my stock 16" rims?
Edit:
Just checked the EBC brake catalogue for part numbers and MY01 - MY07 are showing the same part number. MY07 on is showing a different part so it may be the MY07 on calipers that are smaller?

the 07/08 Hatch cars went back to a sliding caliper set-up similiar to the Forester/Legacy...........
the 4pots are all the same set-up/components apart from the later ones replaced the cast "subaru" with a sticker
