Default handbrake sticking

hi all. just changed the rear discs on the scoob and have noticed that when i take the handbrake off the drivers side seems to be sticking. now if you put the car in reverse and move it it seems to free itself off.
any ideas? reall stumped me.
cheers, shawn.

Loosen the drives side hand brake pads off slightly? The is a little wheel sprocket behind a rubber gromet, which I'm sure your aware of already
