Default 18" wheels on a classic MY00.

What is the correct tyre size/s to use?

What offset do you recommend? 48-53 is what i have been told is safe but i read that 46 come with the later P1?!

What width do you recommend? 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9

"18x7.5" PWRC1 (P1) wheels are ET53 and ET46, the latter being STi fitment to clear the Brembos. "

Thanks

Is there any other tyre size you can run on 18"? What would be the pros and cons regarding this?

Thanks and bump!

215 millimeters tyre is 8.5 inches, would this mean the wheel is 8 inches wide due to the tyre running over the edges or does it mean the wheel will be 8.5 and the tyre is that distance also?

Thanks

Right talking from experience here, got the P-wrc1 et46 on my type r, Et53 the standard P1 18" runs on 225/35/18, tried running 225/40/18 on mine but scrubbed badly so went to 215/35/18, but don't know if the 225/35/18 would still scrub on the et46.

What are the standard tyre fitments for the ET46 wheels?

Are the P1 wheels 9 inches wide?

Thanks
