Exclamation hubcentric wheel spacers help

is it correct that hubcentric wheel spacers will be fitted on after the disc in on the hub?

I ask this as im in the middle of fitting my 4 pot ap brakes at the front and require quite a large spacer for clearance, when i was looking at it i realised that obviously if the spacer went on first then the disc would be out of line to pass through the caliper.

Many thanks,
Joe

Default

they go in place of the wheel bud, then the wheel bolts to the spacer!

Exclamation

So the sequence is disc on hub as normal, then bolt on hubcentric wheel spacer to wheel studs, then wheel on to spacer with new studs ??
