Unhappy

Anyone any ideas?

Since having AP 6pots fitted there is a pronounced rattling coming form the front of the car, esp when I go over bumps.

It sounds like something is loose, but it isn't. The brakes work great, it's just bloody annoying.

The dust shields aren't catching and it's one of those noises you just can't pinpoint.

Could it be because I've got 18s and the big discs on standard struts? Is it too heavy for them?

Cheers

Rich , where the bolts are holding the pads in place should be a plate that holds the pads in tight , when I fitted my AP 6 pots this plate was loose against the pads so I bent it slightly to fit better , the pads do not rattle anymore , give this a try , cheers Ian
