Is anyone out there running non-hubcentric wheels on their Scoob? I have some lovely Bortex wheels from Enkei Japan, but they do not have the correct centre bore for our cars. The wheel shop included PLASTIC hubcentric rings, but I am afraid those will melt when the brakes get good and heated. Any advice?
Here is a piccie of said wheel, 17"x7" +48mm 16lbs. :

My Kosie's have plastic rings (as do any others I've seen) and there's no problems so stop worrying. These wheels look the biz - maybe I should be saying that they look awful and the plastic rings are rubbish so I'll do you a favour and take them off your hands cheap

Thanks! I like them alot, Enkei USA's website shows a suggested price of $399/wheel(US$), I got them for $181/wheel. Glad to hear about the plastic centering rings being OK. I pretty certain that you guys don't putt around like my grandmother, so I should be OK. Thanks.
