Default Anyone tried these brakes?

Hi there,

I'm looking to upgrade my standard MY99 brakes to 4 pots on a budget. I've noticed recently that scoobyclinic are now offering a set of recon calipers, new pads and discs for £450.

Has anyone tried these, or can anyone give any indication of how these might perform?

Thanks in advance.

MY99 should already have those 4 pot calipers.

Std 4 pots are fine for normal road use, suggest better than std pads though: Pagid Blacks are good. Ferodo DS2500 another good option.

Depends how much you want to spend, really.

To put things in context an AP 6 pot kit (the best) will set you back 2k+
