Default Tein Coilovers adjustability?

Hi,

I have some Tein coilovers on my 03 STi,I want to raise the right hieght slightly,is this a possibility? or can I only adjust spring pre-load?

if I can only adjust pre-load,can I make it softer without making it bottom?

I read into this a little more and found that by adjusting the spring seat, you can raise and lower the car,I took a quick look and my spring seas seem to be wound right up,is this now at the lowest ride height setting or highest?

Thanks

If the spring platform is at the top of the of the thread I think the car is at the highest already.
